  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

Shipping times vary based on the destination and supplier location. Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 10-20 business days

  • Canada: 15-25 business days

  • Europe: 15-30 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 15-30 business days

  • Rest of the World: 20-40 business days

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as customs processing, carrier delays, or peak holiday seasons.

3. Shipping Fees

  • We offer free standard shipping on some orders.

  • Expedited shipping may be available on select products for an additional fee (if applicable).

4. Tracking Information

6. Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipment fees may apply.

  • If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office before contacting us.
